String Theory Predicts a Shift to the 4th Dimension

There has been talk for decades about an imminent dimensional shift, as long as humanity can sufficiently raise its ‘vibrations’. But what does it actually mean?

One view is that we are currently living in the 3rd dimension (or vibration), and heading to the 4th. The 3rd dimension is characterised by mass, weight, volume and the lessons of the body’s 3rd chakra/energy centre, representing self-esteem, self-respect, generosity and ethics. The 4th dimension/vibration represents the 4th or Heart Chakra, and involves learning lessons of love and forgiveness.

How does this ‘vibrational’ theory work? Quantum Physics has possible answers to this question, notably the ‘Modern String Field Theory’ supported by many scientists. One renowned physicist is Dr Michio Kaku, whose books on String Theory suggest that the universe started a bit like a guitar string that has been plucked, creating a series of expanding soap bubbles or dimensions all vibrating at different levels. In other words, the subatomic particles that make up atoms are believed to be made up of vibrating super strings, and the notes they emanate then translate into matter. ‘The universe is a Symphony,’ says Dr Kaku. ‘The mind of God is cosmic music resonating through 11 dimensional hyperspace.’

Interestingly, Dr Kaku feels that humanity is poised to shift from its 3rd dimensional state to higher dimensions, if it can overcome its self-destructive nature. This entails, one would deduce, an increase in our vibrational state. Is this something that will happen naturally, or do we have to work at it?

Certain activities have been known to raise vibrations, such as singing, meditating, praying, keeping healthy, growing through life’s challenges, and just doing things that make us happy. But it can also happen naturally, usually the result of inner guidance, where we are instinctively drawn to certain foods, circumstances or lifestyles, and repelled by others.

For example, at a higher vibration we usually no longer want to eat or drink certain foods, such as coffee, tea or meat, which are dense and can affect the body’s energy. We may start to avoid chemical cleansers in the home, and prefer to wear natural fabrics against our skin.

Other temporary symptoms can be headaches, reflecting the expansion of the crown chakra, flu symptoms, as toxins are released, nausea and diarrhoea as the solar plexus chakra releases stored fear, anger and resentment. Muscles can ache, if there are blockages preventing the energy flow, emotional upset for no reason as emotional blocks are released, and breathing problems can occur as the heart chakra begins to open.

Heightened sensitivity is also common, to noises, light, smells, tastes, and people. Similarly, some start to develop telepathy, intuition, see spirits and into other dimensions. To explain this further, it is useful to remember that vibrations operate much like radio signal frequencies. In other words, we will see, feel, touch and perceive only what we have tuned into at any particular stage in our existence. That doesn’t mean to say that other vibrational states or worlds don’t exist.

Fatigue can occur, caused by energy shifting through the spiritual body, designed to heal the physical, mental emotional and spiritual bodies. Temporary sleeplessness is common, in cases where the body is unable to store the excessive energy due to blockage and congestion.

Some report weight gain, which apparently helps to anchor and hold grids of light in the areas around where we live. Body fat becomes crystalline, and distributed evenly around every cell to allow the entire body to act as a tuning fork holding a new vibration.

Experts say that the reason given for this discomfort during the transition process is that our higher frequency, non-physical body is shifting out of synch with our denser physical body, causing temporarily uncomfortable sensations. It is an activation of additional strands of DNA (we only use 2 out of 12 at the moment) at a cellular level that causes these changes. To relieve the symptoms, it is recommended to drink pure water, add crystals to energise the water, eat light meals, some light exercise to allow energy flow. When complete separation is made, the symptoms disappear.

Do vibrations rise suddenly? No. We tend to come and go from one dimension to another, until we start to spend more time in one or the other.

By raising our vibrations, we start to live consciously, and open our connections up with our Higher Self, Spirit Guides and higher Light Beings. We start to receive guidance and information from the universal Spirit, which fills our lives with joy, harmony and inner peace. Most importantly, we are preparing ourselves for a more permanent shift into a higher vibration, to a more enjoyable and fulfilled existence, free of the limits and constraints of 3rd dimensional living.

Beauty is Everywhere

As I look out into the world, I see so much to be grateful for. Surrounded by beauty, I am left in no doubt that we live in a spirit filled world that is becoming more authentic in the beauty that it is able to appreciate. For so long we have come to define beauty on a superficial level, but as we grow, so will our ability to appreciate beauty grow within us.

With this, understand that only can we recognize and appreciate what is truly beautiful when we have unified with the essence of our own beauty within ourselves. So many struggle to find the beauty in the world when they look outside. Fearful of what they will encounter, they see a world filled with anger, hostility and ugliness, and because this is what they see, this is what becomes real for them, and they continue to live as their self fulfilling prophecy would have it be.

Neglecting their own beauty, they have swallowed a nightmare pill which alters dramatically the world in which they see. Turning away from the spirit, they have chosen to embrace the ego, which sees things always in a distorted light. With power and strength to gain for itself, the ego is devoted not to searching for beauty, but to finding that which can build it up in the eyes of the world. Concerned with the physical world and pleasing those within it, it is not at all interested in the wisdom of the spirit.

Not wanting to be the protagonist in its own demise, the ego has a vested interest in keeping the true source of beauty from your eyes. Not wanting you to experience the awe that beauty inspires, it seeks to keep you in a state of boredom where you ask no questions of life. Asking no questions, you cease to interact with life, and you deprive yourself of the answers that God wants to give to you. This is what it means to be reactive to life, and to suffer in the process.

Called to be proactive, we do not grow in our experience of life, if we have closed ourselves off to what it seeks to teach us. Wanting to show us the beauty in the world and in ourselves, it is a willing teacher, but a teacher has no role to occupy without a student in attendance. This is why we must be open-minded in beauty’s presence. With much to give, there is much to learn about the beauty of God which manifests itself in all things.

It is said that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. What this means to me is that each of us has the capacity to find beauty in different things. What some label beautiful, others might label ugly, and vice versa. But does it really matter what verdict is passed on whether something is pleasing to the eye or not? What matters absolutely is the seed of beauty to be found in all things that God has created. With the beauty of the creator pervading each of his creations, that beauty is definitely there to see. The question then becomes what is the quality of the vision of the observer?

Many are capable of seeing the beauty in all that surrounds them, but even more are not. Selective in what they ascribe the label ‘beautiful’ to, these people have chosen to honour the mind above the heart, which is all to discriminating. Seeing more than the mind is capable of seeing, the heart knows that it is futile to judge, because it realizes that judgment passed on that which appears in a diminished light is falsely condemned. Seeing only a portion of the whole, much is misunderstood; and embracing only a part, much is rejected as irrelevant. See in this, the dangerous game that we play when we choose to have the ego’s eyes be the filter with which we view the world.

Seeing only fragments of beauty that it has contaminated through its own judgment, much is discarded, and even less honoured, for God cannot be seen by that which despises his presence. Wanting you not to see him, the ego will lead you to label as ugly, much that is beautiful in appearance and substance.

Intense in its loathing, the ego is not always rational in its judgment, and even in its certainty, it misses much to be appreciated. See in this how the ego’s arrogance often leads it to abandon that which could otherwise serve it. Cursed in its blindness, it makes not for wise counsel to the one who searches for a deeper experience of life.

Wanting to experience love, one must consult the heart, being the centre of beauty inside the self. Being not separate from God, it is the gift that God has given us to enjoy the world. Blessed with much, we can find much joy when we look upon the world with spiritual eyes. Hindered not by that which are the ego’s shortcomings, we can see the love behind the barriers, and the distinctions which make the miraculous commonplace.

Blessed in spirit, we must not take for granted that which is capable of teaching us who we truly are. Endowed with wisdom, all of God’s creations are capable teachers, and assuming not a separate identity from him, they are models to be emulated. With this, learn that beauty is distorted as the separation is affected. So as you travel far from him, so will your ability to experience beauty diminish in strength.

Concerned primarily with attaching labels in the moment, what eludes you is the beauty inherent in entering the moment. To enter the moment, is to join with God in your heart, and see what he sees in the physical world. With all that he created being good, you are then able to see the love that pervades everything in the light of the spirit. Appreciating everything just as it is, you understand that it is enough and that the ego does not have to be invited to enhance what is complete in itself.

Complete, the gifts of God are holy in what they hold and what they deliver. Endowed with beauty, they bring to the lost man, much that is invaluable. Longing for God, those who are lost, suffer in their desperation. Convinced of their own ugliness, the memories of their eternal beauty slip into the past. But the past is not lost forever, for every illusion stands to be corrected, and as a partner with eternity, it will not fail to reveal itself in a touch that the moment has in store, for the child who sees clearly now, not yearning for more.

One of the most memorable times that I recall beauty touching me deeply was in Florence when I went to see Michelangelo’s David. I had heard from many people how wonderful this classical piece of sculpture was, but hearing a second hand account doesn’t really prepare you for the effect that it has on the soul, when you see it in person. To say that I was taken aback by its beauty would be an understatement. I was left absolutely speechless! To think that one man saw this masterpiece in that block of marble and saw it as his purpose to bring it to life for all to enjoy is awe inspiring to me.

But as I was standing there, just gazing up at the masterwork, I knew not the distraction of thought that attempted to persuade my mind to intellectualize how the work was brought to life. This allowed me to centre myself and let the profound beauty that emanated from the shiny white surface, move my spirit powerfully in the moment. And as I just allowed the moment to touch me, I felt for a moment just how Michelangelo must have felt with the chisel in his hand and the spirit in his heart, for as I am not alone with my pen, he was not alone with his tools, for with every incision had God’s hand revealed itself so gently and lovingly.

All in all, I spent about an hour in the company of David, listening only to the silence which was my teacher. And as I meditated on what had greeted my senses, I felt a deep sense of appreciation begin to emerge, and as my eyes began to well up with tears, my constant companion placated my fears that I would miss something, a moment, which taught me who I am, not alone in war, but beautiful and fair.

To know Michelangelo must have been to be in the company of a great lover. Here was a man who made it his life’s purpose to serve the world by making manifest in physical form, the love that he carried inside. How else can you explain it? To look into the eyes of David is to know without a shadow of a doubt that he was conceived in love, and because it was this love that filled Michelangelo’s heart, the conception was inevitable.

With this, understand that love never leaves beauty unexpressed, for that is not love’s way. And in the same way that love will never leave beauty unexpressed, so will it never leave the witnesses to that beauty untouched, for the heart that was inspired to bring the beauty to life, is in no way separate from the heart of the witness who has seen in that beauty a clear image of themself revealed.

See in this, how all embodiments of beauty carry a reflection that is not one dimensional. If you were to observe a rose, you would be moved by the beauty of that rose, but what has moved you is not limited to the petals, stem and thorns which make up that rose. What you receive from that rose is an experience of the beauty of nature which is in no way separate from all that the rose is, because nature is the essence of its being. And as it is with the rose, so it is with you, because nature is the very essence of who you are. As God has breathed life into the rose, so has God breathed life into you, and in it you get a glimpse of not only its glory, but your glory as well, which is a stranger not to the glory of God.

Endowed with all that is beautiful, do not doubt what is yours to give, and as you awake from your slumber, so will your brothers and sisters enjoy a more peaceful rest. Not tormented by their hideous nightmares, a new joy will emerge in the form of a dream that is not isolated in how it comes to bless them. As beauty multiplies, so does its visions, in the mind that has unified itself with the heart.

Filled with this love, joy replaces sorrow and gratitude replaces judgment, for as the Lord has spoken, you need not open your mouth to speak. Speaking in glorious tongues, you are left in no doubt that what he has to say is real. Beautiful in its composition, it is undeniably powerful in its resonance. Teaching your heart, the mind finds rest, subsumed by the grace that has cradled it, and when it awakes, immense beauty awaits it, in both its relationship to the physical and the infinite which know no divide. Being what beauty has conquered, love has done its work, through the eye of the spirit that cannot be blinded to the world’s worth.

Have a Conversation With God, Today

For many, the phrase “conversations with God” refers to the Neale Donald Walsch book of that title. Do I doubt that Mr. Walsch has dialogs with God? Not in the slightest. But I don’t find conversing with God to be an exceptional or unusual occurrence. Is it miraculous to speak with God, to gain access to the wisdom of the ages, or just to ask God what he thinks about having maple syrup on your pancakes? Of course it is miraculous, but only in the sense that all of life is miraculous.

Conversations with God are very different from the usual nature of prayer. Prayers are commonly only in one direction – the one praying speaks and hopes God is listening. Prayers also tend to focus on asking for specific things or outcomes one wants, rather than seeking to better understand the mind of God.

Some of you already have daily chats with God. Some, like my Mother while she was among us, have a daily talk with Jesus. Others, are sure that the idea of a personal two-way conversation with God is poppycock. For those who have not yet experienced an intimate exchange of thoughts and feelings with God, let me offer a few suggestions for beginning the process.

1. Don’t expect a blinding light on the road to Damascus. Don’t expect a booming voice offering you stone tablets with the Ten Commandments inscribed. For most of us, the voice of God is very subtle, and can only be heard when we pay attention and listen.

2. Believe. Because the voice of God is usually a quiet voice, the slightest degree of skepticism allows us to dismiss God’s message as just a daydream or as the result of something we ate for breakfast.

3. For some, conversations with God occur spontaneously. For others, structure and intent work better. Try the following sequence and see if it helps:

- Exercise or take a quiet walk for at least half an hour to quiet your body.

- Stand or sit quietly while breathing deeply for five minutes to quiet your mind. If you know Qigong or Yoga, these are even more effective ways of quieting your body and mind.

- In total silence, sit with your back straight, your hands on your thighs with palms upward, and your feet flat on the floor. Raise your head slightly, close your eyes lightly, and raise your eyes. It is natural, and a sign that you are open to communication, if your eyelids begin to flutter.

- State your affirmation that you are in communication with God, and begin your conversation.

4. For some people, the voice of God expresses itself better in writing. Try holding a pen as you talk to God, and let His words flow onto your paper with as little thought as possible on your part.

Don’t be discouraged if intimacy with God evades you at first. You are equally the child of God whether you are able to tune in to a personal dialog with God, or whether stress, worry, and fear interfere and create static on the line. Seek out others who do share intimate conversations with God and let them share with you the comfort they receive from direct communication.

Define Wisdom

After forty-five years of pilgrimage I decided to write these things down to avoid many wrong human attempts to define wisdom. The wisdom that comes from above is the best. The origin of wisdom is from God. When God created us, he created us in his image. Part of the image of God is the greatest wisdom that ever exists.?Through wisdom, he created everything.

The definition starts with the beginning of wisdom. “The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom” The real source of wisdom is God himself, so to fear and revere Him would be considered the beginning or the starting point of getting to wisdom 101 classes.

The reason wisdom has to start some place is because people do not posses wisdom naturally. You learn knowledge but you acquire wisdom. Some say that you acquire wisdom as you age and grow old in your years. That is not necessarily true because we do see in every day life that there are some old fools and some wise who are young.

You begin to fear God by saying God you are the source of all I am and only with you can I find meaning and fulfillment in life. To live a purposeful and meaningful life I need to know how to utilize all the God given abilities. In order for that, I need wisdom. This is where wisdom begins and then with God continues to grow.

The wise when faced with a crisis would fall on their knee and ask God to give them wisdom. God gives liberally wisdom to those who ask. When we ask for that from God, we do not really need anything else. When wisdom comes, you will use it for all other necessary things in life. including wealth and health.

Health and wealth are the most important elements we need to live a fulfilled life. However, wealth accumulated from sinful or wrong sources would destroy you at the end. We also can destroy our health by not being wise. If your health is destroyed or decaying, there is no point in accumulating wealth, simply because you cannot enjoy it. You will only spend it in improving your health.

Therefore, you can enjoy life the wrong way or the right way. True wisdom from God can guide and protect you from wrong turns and decisions you will make in life. It will steer you right in the straight path that leads to joy and happiness.

Remember, you will have to give account of how you lived your life on earth before God one day. So, fear him now and ask Him to give you wisdom to conduct your lives in the right way that pleases God. In essence this how you define wisdom

No other study will reward you more than the dedication you place upon the observation and inclination in self-lessons You must study your process and progress as if you don’t know who you are.(Which you don’t) You are a stranger unto yourself but you erroneously believe otherwise. By keeping accurate records along with faithful esoteric methods, you can learn who you really are and what you are intended to do with the time on Earth.

?ou will learn what works and what doesn’t work (but merely takes up your time as a needless distraction) for yourself.?No one else can teach you these things. IF it is not true and applicable for you; it simply isn’t true! Repeat over and over and over again the same methods that are effective for you. It will require various elements but each facet will be something you will discover readily in the run of your ordinary day. ?ntil you become proficient, the process will seem awkward and arbitrary. In time, it will all fuse together to make perfect sense. Once, after methodically, patiently, painstakingly, slowly and enduringly attending to work of observing yourself, without relent, your life’s artistic actualization takes place. Your part is to tend to the erotic flame of the sensual project. Yours is not in the manifesting of the idea. That comes from a much higher sphere. Do not skip or play down the importance of this first essential part of calling out your birth name. To make ready the earth vessel is the elementary step in realizing your artistic god-given potential. Remember always and never forget: what is being worked in you is a miracle of sanctification and purity and it is only by/through self-observation that this miraculous pleasure filled feat be accomplished. It is imperative you come to terms with your sacred sensual sexual artistic nature; until you do, you will remain somewhat dissatisfied on every level.

What is God Teaching You During This Recession?

We’re living in challenging economic times. Some of us have lost our jobs or have to take on second jobs to make ends meet. Many of us are now cutting corners, cutting back and even cutting our own hair to try and save money so that we have enough to pay the bills at the end of the month. It is during times like this that we can learn an important lesson about God and His love for us.

We can’t blame God for our financial burdens. He did not cause the current economic crisis, and recessions are brought on by man’s many mistakes and various world events. But God isn’t surprised by the recession, either. He is the beginning and end of all things and knows the past, present and future. Through it all, He also knows our real needs, not the need of money and possessions that have gripped most of us in the past. Fortunately, He is always there for us and reminds us:

“Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, ‘Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.’ So we say with confidence,’ The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man to do me?’”
Hebrews 13:5-6

This is such a powerful Bible verse because it holds so much we can hold onto during a recession. First, it reminds us that we must not give in to the love of money. The more we obsess possessions and success, the farther we remove ourselves from God’s loving presence. If we worry constantly about what our financial future holds, we are short-changing God, because if we truly believe in Him and trust in Him, we don’t have to worry at all!

All we need to do to ride out the recession is put our faith fully in God’s plan for us. He will give us all that we need in this life, and eternal life in the next one. But to get these rewards, we must ask for God’s guidance and protection. We must turn away from being discouraged or fearful.

“They do not fear bad news; they confidently trust the Lord to care for them.”
Psalm 112:7

“Be still, and know that I am God.”
Psalm 46:10

The Psalms tell us clearly that we need not worry or fret. We simply need to “be still,” and let the Holy Spirit provide for us and give us peace. How do we do this in troubled times? We remember who God is and His amazing power to transform our lives. With the Lord granting us forgiveness of our sins and promising us eternal life in the next world, how can we be afraid of what we are facing in this world? We can be content knowing that the Lord will provide what we need in this world and will prepare us for glory in the next. Know these things, how can we help but be content with our lives, knowing that we have everything that we really need, and so much more!

Our emotional struggles are simply energy struggles; we use manipulation in our relationships in order to feed ourselves with other people’s energies because we are disconnected from the source, the only place from where we can get unlimited energy supply, never-ending, never lacking; the only place that we need to switch to so that we no longer need to steal, manipulate, connive, extract, demand, control or simply blatantly take energy from others, who by the way, also need their own energy to survive! Beloved, don’t believe every spirit. Many false prophets have gone out into the world. It is ‘beloved’, which is much stronger than ‘dear friends’, which we have in more modern but less accurate versions.

Jesus Christ breathes His Spirit into us, and Jesus anoints us with the Holy Spirit, and gives us that capacity and ability to love and serve and minister.

This article is based on John’s first letter in the New Testament. Do take time to read it. It is always wise to read the Word of God.

John is such a strong powerful sensitive leader who encouraged what was right and holy and warned about what was false, fraudulent and evil. Such leadership is so needed at this time.

It is this that enables us to go to our brother, and show him compassion, and it is this which gives us confidence to come before our heavenly Father.

Because Jesus Christ releases us and deliver us from bad spirits, we are set free from having to touch wood – or have our fingers crossed – or speak about being lucky.

Coming back from the moon, with all the technology and know-how and expertise, as these astronauts re-entered earth’s atmosphere, one commentator on BBC television was sitting with his fingers crossed.

We trust in the risen and Living Lord Jesus Christ, and we believe that God speaks today just as he has always done, and we believe the Bible.

What is the test? It is not the dress, and not the bigness of the Bible we may carry, and not even our using the word JESUS.

John says, Ask if Jesus has come in the flesh!

People were saying that Jesus was an apparition – a ghost and not really MAN!

The human and the divine were perfectly united in Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is God and Man.

Wrong thinking, or evil spirits, will say, He is less than fully human, or that He is less than fully divine. John has the courage to counteract these false teachings that were gradually creeping into the Church of Jesus Christ. A good leader will always seek to challenge bad wrong thinking as well as evil deeds and behaviour.

Many today deny the Incarnation and the supernatural conception of the Son of God.

What is at stake here? If He is not God and Man, there is no Gospel and no true atonement, and no forgiveness of sins

He has come in the flesh. That implies that He existed before He came in the flesh at Bethlehem.

Paul writes to Timothy that there is only One Mediator between man and God, the Man, Jesus Christ. I Timothy Chapter 2 and verse 5.

When you have the Holy Spirit in your life, you have the greatest Power in the world. Now – know that! The spirit of truth overcomes the spirit of error.

False love can gloss over error, and this article is being written when a massive cloud hangs over Members of Parliament as a consequence of the misuse and abuse of expenses and the excessive expenses claimed. Honest open moral integrity is scarce!

Why do clever intelligent people go into the sects? Because they do not have the Holy Spirit.

False teaching can be so attractive, even with believers in Jesus, and that is what was happening here, It attracts and tickles the ears and might be interesting – something fresh and new.

False prophets have no ears for the truth, and no time for the truth. They will never listen to anyone so they usually leave, and that is what happened here too.

A true prophet will listen to the Apostle’s teaching.

Relaxation techniques and meditation are very good for you anyway, so even if you can’t manage to reach a state of astral projection, learning these techniques will benefit your health and state of mind.

Key to being in a state of full relaxation is focus. You have to focus or meditate on being relaxed in order to achieve, and receive the full benefits of this practice. There are several methods used, and one of the most popular is the roll-out.

In the roll-out the person has to achieve a state of sleep by rolling onto your side and imagining your spirit or astral body leaving the physical body in the direction you roll. There are some people who practice this technique that use mirrors and they visualize that their spirit is being sucked into the mirror. While some people are more talented at others in achieving this state, practice does make perfect and perhaps coaching would help if you are experiencing difficulty. There is also the rope technique, the anchor technique and the sit-up technique. But whatever technique you decide to use, when you actually do manage to astrally project, you should feel a sense of flying or freedom, even if it is only for a very brief moment.
